ISLANDWIDE APPRAISERS, LLC STAFF
Jerry Warren, CGA, CRA - A resident of Hawaii
since 1993 and a resident of the Big Island since 2000, Jerry is
licensed to appraise both Commercial and Residential real
estate. He is an FHA approved appraiser and holds an inactive
Hawaii Real Estate License.
Jerry is very familiar with all market areas of the island and
has appraised over 2,000 properties, valued in excess of $600
million, on the Island of Hawaii.
With over 25 years of experience in the business, educational,
and real estate industries, Jerry possesses the experience,
knowledge, and attitude to ensure the appraisals produced by the
company are not only timely and accurate, but are delivered with
the highest level of customer service.
Jolyn Fergerstrom, CRA - Born and raised on the
Big Island of Hawaii, Jolyn Fergerstrom also known as “Jo” is
very familiar with the various areas of this island. Jo holds an
active Hawaii Real Estate License since 2005 and has recently
obtained her Certified Residential Appraiser License in August
of this year.
Jo continues to educate herself through continuing education for
both Real Estate and Real Estate Appraising as well as real
estate seminars and various functions within the Real Estate
community.
Living here in Hawaii all her life, Jo is very knowledgeable of
the Hawaii Island market. Jo’s priority is to produce quality
appraisal’s in a reasonable time frame all the while providing
excellent customer service via e-mail, phone calls, faxes, etc.
Jo works in a professional, ethical and efficient manner, at the
same time she is courteous, respectful and projects the “Aloha
Spirit” toward everyone she meets.
